Defiance - Out Of The Ashes
This is a great punk rock CD. The music is right on the money. Well played, energetic, great production.
I love the bass runs, vocals and guitars. The politics are completely retarded, but what can you expect from
most modern punk rock bands? I think punk rock musicians are kidnapped by socialist aliens and reprogrammed
in their red star shaped spacecraft. They are then unleashed upon the unsuspecting punk rock masses. Ha ha ha.
Like I said, that and a few generic riffs aside, this bands fully rocks. Not sure which song is my favorite, because
they're all catchy. Maybe Spoils Of The Last War. That one gets my blood pumping. Into The Dust is a great
song also. The CD is worth buying just for the opening riffs of that song alone.
I've been listening to this one a bunch the last few days. Worth picking up.
