Process 23: Premonitions
Jangle guitars and sweet vocals. The vox reminds me of
Michael Stipe. Reminds me of the Pixies too.
That's not such a bad thing at all. Some of the
music is darkly sweet,
especially Spacetime And Substance, which is a cool
song. Spacey and mellow, while sounding dark at the same time, it erupts
at
points into a
loud chorus. A good moody song. Most of this is dreamy stuff.
The waves on The Cave are a good example. It's a sound I
could listen to for hours; waves crashing against the rocks. Sort of a
good metaphor for Process 23's music, powerful, yet in an understated way.
I liked Premonitions, pretty
cool stuff.
This is a good one for fans of modern rock. Premonitions picks you up and
brings you somewhere far way...
