Lambgoat:  Cool HC/Metal zine out of PA. Very professionally done.  Check it out. 

Louisville Hardcore   Very complete documentation of the Louisville KY,  Hardcore /Punk scene.  Also has a whole punk rock dictionary with history and definitions of the various subcultures and terms associated with the scene in general. 

Metalhammer:  British metal magazine

Metal Maniacs - Good US metal magazine

Metal Underground - Huge, well kept/updated metal site.  

NJ Scene.com:  Massive amount of info on NJ bands. Especially punk and hardcore. Great place to promote yourself if you're in a band or run a label. And the message boards are fun to read.

Punks.ru  Awesome Russian Punk/hardcore webzine.

Skratchzine:  Punk Rockin zine from California.

Skartnak.com  Hardcore / Metal Zine out of Switzerland. Good content, well updated with an easy to navigate format.   

Unity HXC  French hardcore web-zine/radio show.  One of the best HC sites ever made.
